Customer Service Team Leader

 

Our client is located in Farnham and are looking for a Team Leader for the Customer Service Team, this role is paying up to £20,000. As Team Leader you would supervise members of the Customer Service Support - Telephony team.

 

Deal directly with customers by telephone

Book appointments for customers

Promote and offer the best services we have to offer

Respond promptly to customer enquiries

Handle customer complaints

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Provide pricing information

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Record details of actions taken

Prepare and distribute customer activity reports

Maintain customer databases

Manage administration

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions Supervise and motivate the Telephony team to work together in the most efficient manner to ensure the delivery of an efficient and customer focused service.

 

The successful candidate should have:

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

IT Literate

Numeric, oral and written language skills

Previous leadership/supervisory experience
