Nightshift Hours: Monday – Thursday 17:00 – 05:00 (30 mins break); contract: 46 hour per week, basic week is 39 hours

Are you an experienced Quality inspector / CMM inspector? If so our client that specialises as a subcontract CNC machining company primarily supplying components to the aerospace sector may be of interest to you.

They are currently looking for an experienced CMM Inspector to work their nightshift. Our client offers a clean and modern workshop, working as part of a friendly team, excellent benefits and very competitive hourly rate up to £17 basic an hour plus 1/3 uplift £22.66; salary up to £46,000 basic plus overtime.  Nightshift Hours: Monday – Thursday 17:00 – 05:00 (30 mins break); contract: 46 hour per week, basic week is 39 hours. Located on outskirts of Camberley in Surrey.

CMM Inspector / Quality Inspector requirements:

• Experience in similar role is desirable.
• Educated to HNC or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of CMM Programming / running using PC-DMIS
• Software is critical for this role.
• Extensive knowledge of conventional metrology methods including the use of Micrometres, Vernier Callipers, plug gauges etc is also a critical.
• Extensive knowledge of sub-contract machining.
• Knowledge of aerospace machining quality standards and treatment processes.
• Able to work to a high degree of complexity and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to compile FAIR’s.
