Customer Service / Customer Champion

 

Our client has a hugely exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Customer Champion to join their growing team. Bringing your expertise in delivering the best possible customer experience, you will work with a high-performing team to enable all of our client’s customers to maximise the value they receive. You would be required to support the world’s leading companies as they deploy our client’s software to secure their web applications. The successful candidate should love working with customers to deliver value and can demonstrate a track record of achievement in a customer success or customer experience role within a software or high-tech organisation. This role is 100% office based in Knutsford, Cheshire, no remote working and offers a salary of £25,000 to £40,000 plus benefits

 

Customer Service / Customer Champion Key Responsibilities:

  • As Customer Champions you would optimise our client’s users’ experiences and maximise the value our client’s customers get from every interaction.
  • Supporting our client’s customers, providing them with effective and timely responses.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customer’s needs and championing their voice
  • Continually improving our client’s customer’s experience to deliver on the value they expect

 

Customer Service / Customer Champion Essential Skills:

  • Customer Success: You have delivered exceptional experiences to customers. You’ve
  • previously helped to build, scale or improve the delivery of a customer success or
  • customer experience function.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent written and conversational skills. You place
  • a premium on active listening and ensuring you understand other people's viewpoints.
  • Problem Solving: You are able to work with data to spot obvious trends and patterns in
  • customer behaviour.
  • Commercial Awareness: You're comfortable holding a conversation with customers
  • about their business, including how they value the solutions they buy from companies.
  • You're able to navigate commercial discussions about pricing, purchases, renewals and discounting.

 

The successful candidate should have experience with:  

  • Scaling  
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customers' needs
  • Continually improving customer's experience

 

You should also have:

  • Commercial awareness
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills

 

Desirable Skills

  • Technical Skills: You have a solid understanding of IT security principles and experience within Product Led Growth and/or SaaS companies.
