Digital Project Manager

 

This is ideally a full time, permanent position, however will also consider part time.

 

Our client is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team in Farnham. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including entire websites, one off projects & microsites, integration projects and redesigns. For this position, you will need to be a tech-savvy professional with an understanding of how the use of technology can help businesses achieve their commercial goals.  You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams including the clients, senior managers and technical teams in the UK and overseas. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

 

Digital Project Manager Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end project management

Scope project requirements and help prepare budgets

Produce project plans and manage the progress, reporting internally and to the client

Collaborate with internal teams in the UK and overseas to deliver the project

Ensure the end results meet the project requirements

Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated

 

Digital Project Manager Tasks:

Highlight potential risks/issues and act proactively to resolve them

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new ideas

Assist with the Sales process where required

 

Digital Project Manager Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Digital project manager with case studies of successful project delivery.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS

Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

Knowledge of UX tools for wireframing and prototyping

Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues

Excellent organization and time management skills

Communication and team management skills

 

Nice to have:

A travel industry background would be highly desirable – particularly specialist/adventure travel

Knowledge of Online Marketing / Paid Search / Social Advertising would be useful
