Our client is looking for a very hand on HR Business Partner. You should be used to working in a fast paced organisation, the successful candidate will need to be a self-starter have the ability to work autonomously and make decisions. This role is fairly admin intensive. The successful HR professional should have experience with Employment Law, Disciplinaries, Mergers and Acquisitions and TUPE. This role is located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and offers an extremely competitive salary plus 10% bonus and excellent benefits.

 

As HR Business Partner your main responsibilities will involve: 

  • Engaging at all levels to provide value-add pro-active business partnering to key stakeholders and VPs

  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence

  • Key part of the Business Unit HR team working across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a tactical level across the business

  • Working closely with the local leadership teams in the creation and implementation of organization design, team effectiveness strategies, change management programs and integrated people solutions that address key business needs.

  • Coaching and supporting senior managers to deliver business plans and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams, facilitating teams to achieve defined outcomes.

  • Deploying talent and reward strategies by pulling upon the specialists from the centre.

  • Proactively provide HR advice and support on a wide range of tactical and operational employee related issues

  • Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes within area of responsibility 

  • Providing accurate HR data 

 

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Degree and CIPD qualified.

  • HR Business Partnering support in a fast paced, technology, customer focussed environment

  • Employee relations experience and practical application of employment law & legislation

  • Full spectrum of generalist HR support
