HR / Recruitment Administrator
Our client is looking for a Culture Collaborator / Recruitment Administrator to be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement and wellbeing of the workplace. Our client is a successful software house that currently employs over 100 people and expect to grow steadily into several hundred people over the next few years. This role is an in-house role located in Knutsford, Cheshire and is paying a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits including subsidised restaurant and onsite gym. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE ROLE, NO REMOTE WORKING.
You will actively support the hands-on delivery of all people processes. You will continuously look for opportunities to improve our clients’ processes to make them more efficient, and more closely meet the needs of “customers”, both internal and external (e.g. candidates and recruitment agencies). You would be required to Coordinate our recruitment process and delivery of a first-class candidate experience. You will be expected to: Engage with all candidates promptly and accurately - responding to their questions, making sure they have the information they need, and being a friendly contact. Effectively manage relationships with external recruitment agencies. Pre-screen and interview candidates. Provide effective and constructive feedback to candidates and agencies. Work with teams across the business to develop effective job descriptions and assessment and support them in using these to identify candidates. Creatively marketing our roles on various social media platforms. Proactively identifying opportunities to implement best practice and continuously improve our recruitment processes. Coordination of amazing socials and company events. Help onboard new starters. Provide well-being & mental health support.
Culture Collaborator / Recruitment Administrator requirements should include:

Agile working: Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
Commercial awareness. You're comfortable holding a conversation with external parties (e.g. recruitment agencies) and are able to address common contractual questions.
