Location:  Portsmouth, Hampshire

Salary:  £35,000 to £45,000 plus excellent company benefits

 

Our client is a successful management consultancy providing technical expertise to projects in the Ministry of Defence. They also have experience of working in the nuclear, defence, space and transport sectors of the UK.  Our client is a member of several Government frameworks for the delivery of analysis and systems engineering, and delivers innovative solutions as an agile organisation built on the expertise of experienced practitioners

 

The Office Manager is a newly created role due to expansion. Our client is looking for an Office Manager and you should be a highly competent individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and keep the office running smoothly so the consultants can get on with their jobs.

 

Please note SC Security Clearance will be required for this role.   

 

As Office Manager ideally you should have a background in office management, HR or QMS and should be IT literate with excellent administration and coordinating skills.

 

As Office Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the office which includes all aspects of IT Security, Health and Safety / H&S, Facilities, office insurance; co-ordinating with IT Support company and liaising with suppliers; organising laptops and computer equipment etc. for new starters; ordering stationery, water cooler etc; organising lunches, events, organising travel etc.
