This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:30 am to 4.00 pm with 30 minutes lunch break. It offers the chance for plenty of overtime and excellent benefits including a production bonus.
You will need to be confident in using Mazak, Siemens or Fanuc controls and be able to program, set and operate these machines. Ideally, you should also have recent experience in using a twin spindle lathe or sliding head lathes machine.
Some programming experience with ISO controls would be an advantage but training will be given to the right candidate. You will need strong problem solving skills with good practical application. Good communication, operational and organisational skills are also vital.
They are also looking for a CNC Turner for a late shift in Woking, Surrey
You will be working Monday to Thursday 14:00– 23:00 with 2 x 20-minute paid breaks per day, and Friday’s 14:00 – 18:00.
Ideally your more recent experience will be of using a twin spindle lathe or sliding head lathes machine. You should also be able to read and interpret engineering drawings enabling efficient programming, setting and manufacturing, to achieve a ‘right first time’ product.
