The first opportunity is for a Quality Manager who is experienced in the aerospace sector.
You will be responsible for management, maintenance, and monitoring of Quality Management Systems.
This role involves having line management responsibility for Inspection to ISO 9100 team x2. You will act as the company’s management representative in all quality matters, and you will be responsible for running inspection and test departments. You must be confident working to ISO 9100/AS9100 standards and able to create/approve FAIRS.
This role offers a salary up to £60K.
The second role is for a Quality Engineer, also in Essex.
The successful candidate must have experience in aerospace quality engineering and inspection, have solid measurement skills, calibration knowledge, you would be responsible for the QMS on site and would be responsible for customer contact, 8Ds, specs, calibration/gauges and the QMS systems. You would need to be confident in QMS and AS9100 standards. standards. Experience of FAIRs is also useful.
This role pays a salary £40K-£45K
Last but not least, the company is looking for a Skilled CNC Engineer
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Engineer, willing to develop their skills and learn centreless grinding as part of their daily role. You must be experienced in engineering and the aerospace sector, and will be required to set and run a variety of CNC and 2nd operation machine tools
If you have any experience on grinding this is desirable. However, the most important skills are being able to read micrometre to small microns, working to tight tolerances and being a skilled engineer with some knowledge of setting CNC machines.
You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge of interpreting drawings and measurement skills. This role pays a salary up to £37,000.
