The salary is up to £90,000 per annum, rising to £125,000 (for the Director role) within the next 3 years.

Due to expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, working within a team of 10 experienced mechanical, optical and digital engineers.
The team is responsible for design, development, and production of new products. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is based at our clients manufacturing base near Woking and works closely with all departments including sales, marketing, procurement, quality, and manufacturing.
As Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will be involved in designing quality electro-mechanical products using injection moulded, extruded, cast, and machined parts plus optics, electronics, and mechanisms.
The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer reports to the Design Manager and offers a salary of £45,000 to £58,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
The right candidates will need a minimum degree level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design. You will also have a fundamental, solid understanding of mechanical engineering.
It’s vital to have experience in the design of precision mechanical products involving intricate mechanical assemblies and mechanisms incorporating plastic mouldings, die castings and machined components.
