This company specialise in delivering science and technology solutions to defence clients. 

Their latest roles include those for a Client Director who will work in either the Maritime, Land or Joint Domains.

As a Client Director you will be expected to deliver a sustainable business pipeline in order to build on the clients established success in defence consulting.  You will be a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team managing and growing the business at an exciting point in their history. 

This is a strategic leadership role and fully accountable for the development of the Groups business development and work winning activity.  Salary circa £100K plus bonus and benefits

They are also looking for an Account Lead (MOD) with a background in account delivery in the defence sector. 

The right candidate will come from a technical consultancy background. You must be used to developing relationships with customers and winning bids. 

They will also require a good understanding of UK MOD and/or NATO, S&T organisations (such as Dstl, Defence Digital, Defence Intelligence, UK MOD Centres. You will be working alongside the Client Director to develop and implement the MOD S&T strategy. 

This consultancy also needs a Senior/Principal Operational Analysis Consultant.

The right candidate will have experience delivering analysis programmes, delivering innovative approaches . You will have a strong Operational Analysis background and be able to support business decisions, policy making and/or research.

This role will involve the development and use of analytical methods and models. You must have experience working with DE&S, Dstl and Frontline Commands or consulting within the UK Defence sector. Strong background in Excel, PowerPoint. 

They also need a Senior/Principal Systems Engineering Consultant.

You will be delivering analytical, and systems engineering support to help clients design systems, optimise solutions and make better decisions. You will be working alongside clients to analyse their problems, capture requirements, create architectures, identify potential options, and much more.

You will be delivering and leading technical consulting projects within sectors such as Maritime, Land and Joint Systems, Space, ILS, and NATO. 

Last but not least, they’re looking for a Senior/Principal Cost Consultant.

As a Cost Engineering Consultant you will be delivering technical consulting projects within the defence sector. You will be providing detailed analysis of data and costs to assist your client’s industry make better decisions. 

You should have experience in analysis data (cost/risk/schedule), be at degree level and have ICEAA or AcostE membership. The salary is £50K-£80K negotiable, plus bonus and benefits.
