Responsibilities will include providing first line support and assisting with client requests and queries. You will also assist the lead developer and project manager with the continued testing and troubleshooting of features and functions, as part of the company’s project.

You will support the front-end team with the development and support of websites and applications, mainly written in a PHP / Joomla / VueJS / Bootstrap SCSS.

What skills and experience will you need?

In order to apply for this First Line Support Developer position, you will ideally be a Computer Science, Maths, or Design/Marketing graduate or apprentice. You should also have a strong knowledge of core HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of computing, operating systems, email, and other core IT skills. Basic Proficiency with Git / GitHub or similar is also desired. 

You should have an understanding of the capabilities of JavaScript Frameworks (Vue, Angular, Nuxt etc). Also desirable is an understanding of CMS tools like Joomla / WordPress / other PHP stack.
