Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the QMS and ensuring adherence to BS EN9100 and ISO 9001 standards
- Managing internal and external quality audits
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes and performance metrics
- Overseeing quality planning, inspection processes, and FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports)
- Leading a cross-functional approach to quality, communication, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide quality improvement efforts
- Managing budgeting and resource allocation to support quality objectives
