Learning & Development Coach

Location:  Knutsford, Cheshire (100% office-based role)

Salary: £50,000 to £80,000 plus excellent benefits


Our client is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Coach – L&D CIPD, the successful candidate should have a recognised coaching qualification and ideally some level of CIPD.  Our client is a successful software house located in the beautiful town of Knutsford in Cheshire, please note this role is 100% in-house role so candidate needs to live a commutable distance from the offices. As Learning & Development Coach – L&D CIPD your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with team members to nurture: high-performance & development, wellbeing, belonging, trust & support, team health, servant leadership.
  • Championing our clients feedback & development philosophy.
  • Working alongside the team in equipping our leaders with the tools they need to deliver high quality servant leadership.
  • Creating & embedding new frameworks
  • Cultivating a positive attitude toward change and seeing it as an opportunity for growth.
  • Understanding & using data to make informed decisions.
  • Embracing Agile methodology in creating and delivering plans.


Learning & Development Coach – L&D CIPD Candidate requirements:

  • CIPD qualification ideally level 5 or above although any CIPD or equivalent would be considered.
  • Recognised Coaching qualification.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Commutable from Knutsford in Cheshire.
  • Experienced in Agile.
