Exciting Technical Customer Service Role

We are excited to announce that one of our key clients in the cyber security space is currently seeking a talented customer service candidate to join their ranks. This office-based position is situated in Knutsford and now is a fantastic time to join their expanding team, as they look to progress even further into the market with ambitious plans for 2024 and beyond. 

The Candidate 

The client is looking for particular expertise for this new technical customer service position, which is as follows: 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service role in the technology industry.

  • Experience with process improvement/delivery optimisation.

  • Commercial awareness – IT market knowledge, particularly within the cybersecurity industry.

  • Understanding and experience of CRM systems and processes.

Job Role

Whilst the role for a new technical customer services consultant will include many different areas, here are some of the main responsibilities within the position: 

  • Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately, answering their questions and providing a world-class customer experience.

  • Identifying customer insights and trends, using these insights to increasingly delight our clients’ customers.

  • Using data to make informed decisions such as prioritisation of tasks where needed.

  • Being involved in real time delivery optimisation such as rapid triage and response.

  • Creating new processes and optimising current ones, looking at how to scale and improve on them.
