If you’re a job seeker, there’s plenty to put a spring in your step this season.
According to recent data, jobs were back on the rise in March, with a 3% increase in the number of roles posted compared to February. Applications were also up by 7%, including in IT, marketing, media, and HR.
The latest findings from the Jobs Outlooks has also highlighted how economic and investment confidence has rebounded. Businesses' confidence in the UK economy continues to climb (admittedly from a very low base) in the face of general optimism that the economic slowdown will not be as bad as forecasted. Employers’ confidence in making hiring and investment decisions also saw substantial growth.
