This role involves having responsibility for leading engineers within integrated project teams. You will also be involved in  bid opportunities for the product line area.

The right individual will have a systems thinking mind-set, a technology based degree,  a proven track record in leading technical activity complex projects and in Systems Engineering within a safety critical area. You should also have knowledge of RF and Electronic Warfare, and be familiar with requirements management tool sets, such as DOORS-NG.

They also need a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Marlow who has a mechanical engineering or aerospace degree.
