Also a 100% office-based role, the successful candidate should have a recognised coaching qualification and ideally some level of CIPD.
As Learning & Development Coach (L&D CIPD), your responsibilities will include working closely with team members to nurture: high-performance and development, wellbeing, belonging, trust and support, team health, servant leadership.
You will also be creating and embedding new frameworks and understanding and using data to make informed decisions.
What are the requirements for this role?
The right person will ideally have a CIPD qualification level 5 or above; however, any CIPD or equivalent would be considered. It also helps if you have a recognised coaching qualification.
