After expressing my interest in a role I was met with a friendly, personal response from Anne Hartley who answered all my questions. With open communication and her being flexible around my timetable as I was based in Qatar at the time, we arranged a call to explore the role and for me to gain a bit of background on the company. Anne was honest and offered advice and reassurance in preparation for the interview and throughout the process she was always available to chat.
